This is a do-it-yourself option, but we are there with you every step of the way. We will create a mood board and shopping list for your space. One flat fee is all you pay and then you can purchase items from your list at your leisure when your budget allows.

Our expert staging team visits your property to conduct an in-person assessment. We then stage your property with Design House accessories and wall décor (not including furniture) in the kitchen, bathrooms and family room. Available only for vacant properties.
